Hood And Duct Cleaning

      

     We have a full service hood and duct cleaning department to serve you.  Our technicians are highly trained and certified.  We have three dedicated teams that work both day and night through-out the state of Arizona.  Each team consists of two members so the job gets done professionally and fast.
      We use a hot water pressure system that removes grease like nothing else.  The following steps are used to insure a professional cleaning and for the protection of your equipment:

  1. Hood filters are removed and cleaned.
  2. Hoods are draped and funneled.
  3. Appliances are covered if necessary.
  4. Degreaser chemical is applied to hood,
  fan,and duct work.
  5. Hood, fan, and duct work are pressure
  washed to remove grease.
  6. Excess water is cleaned up and drape
  removed.
  7. Hood is wiped down and polished.
  8. Function of hood fan tested.

     Depending on the amount of cooking you do, you may want to have your hoods cleaned more often than others. We can set you up on a weekly, monthly, tri-annually, semi-annually or whatever schedule works for you.
